The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 302, 379, 427 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, vide order dated 29.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6054 of 2021, the anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court.

The petitioner has now filed this second application for bail as some of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court and other Co-ordinate benches of this Court.

Having gone through the submissions of the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14643 of 2023(3) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 on perusal of the bail application, I find that there is no bar to file a second anticipatory bail application in the criminal proceedings, but considering this fact that the anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the present anticipatory bail application, as such, the prayer for bail is rejected.
