2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 452 of 2024, NDPS G.R. Case No. 105 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 22(C) 23(C) and 29 of the NDPS

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13813 of 2025(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/3 Act, 1985.

3. As per allegation, 290 pieces of intoxicant tablets and injections were recovered from the bed of the petitioner Rohit Kumar.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner Raj Kumar. He is under custody since 20.11.2024 and he is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner namely Raj Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 452 of 2024, NDPS G.R. Case No. 105 of 2024, subject to the following condition that (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) Before accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal

6. So far as the petitioner Rohit Kumar is concerned, drugs have been recovered from his house, as such, perusal of the case diary is essential.

7. Call for a legible xerox copy of the case diary from the court of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 452 of 2024, NDPS G.R. Case No. 105 of 2024 so as to reach this Court within six weeks.

8. List the matter after six weeks.
