ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 06-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 323, 324 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the reason that the brother of the Informant was assaulted, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 373 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial in view of the serious nature of the offence.
