The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of salary for the period the petitioner has worked, in terms of orders passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4825 of 2013 dated 24.08.2016.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.3440 of 2020(2) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner for payment of salary and if the petitioner has worked in terms of orders passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4825 of 2013 dated 24.08.2016, the petitioner should be paid salary for the period he has worked.

Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the respondents at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
