2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the son of the informant with iron rod and pressed his neck as a result of which he sustained injury. Doctor has found grievous injury.

4. Considering the grievous nature of injury, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
