This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ashok Paper Mills (Pator O.P.) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is not the assailant of the injured, this bail application is allowed.
