====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti P. S. Case No.385 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

From bare perusal of the F.I.R., it would manifest that one country-made pistol and a live cartridge were recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2020 and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner has seven criminal antecedents as mentioned in Para-3 of the petition in which there are two cases of Arms Act of the Year 2015.

No.19615 of 2021(3) dt.22-11-2021 2/2 Considering the period of custody and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-2nd, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P. S. Case No.385 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
