Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the observations made vide order dated 04.03.2025, the petitioner, by way of a supplementary affidavit, has brought on record that the respondent authorities have refused to reconsider the petitioner's case, as the petitioner is not fit for promotion at this juncture. As such, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition and to move afresh when a fresh cause of action arises.
