2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 124 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 87 and 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she has eloped with the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO -cum- Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Gayaji/ concerned Court in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 124 of 2025.

8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
