From the joint possession of petitioner Manoj Rai @ Manoj Kumar and Rajeshwar Rai foreign wine (Indian origin) approximately 842.67 litres and 155 litres of spirit has been seized for which, petitioner happens to be under custody since 12.01.2020. As per para 3 of the petition, the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Consequent thereupon, the petitioner Manoj Rai @ Manoj Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Cae No.840 of 2019.
