This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 85 of 2021 arising out of Lodipur P.S. Case No. 07 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 427, 307, 387, r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.
