JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the learned court below and seek regular bail. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and seek regular bail.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, his regular bail petition shall be considered and disposed off on the very same day especially considering the fact that only meagre quantity of illicit liquor has been recovered and that too from a bathroom of a house stated to be in joint possession of the petitioner and his family members.
