2. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that father of the petitioner has been died 01.10.2018 in harness while he was in duty. Being daughter of the deceased employee petitioner make an application before the respondent for appointment on compassionate ground. According to the counsel, no decision has been taken by the respondents yet.

3. Learned counsel for the Nagar Panchayat, Belsand, Sitamarhi submits that they are not received any application as

Patna High Court CWJC No.3199 of 2024(5) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 submitted by the petitioner therefore, it is prayed by him that this petition may be disposed of directing the petitioner to firstly make an representation/application for grant of her appointment on compassionate ground before the concerned respondent and in turn, then it will be decided in accordance with relevant rules and laws.

4. Taking into consideration the above submission made by the counsel for the respondents, the petition is disposed of. The petitioner is directed to firstly make a fresh application/representation before the concerned respondent within two weeks from today and in turn, the concerned respondent is also directed to consider and decide the same as early as possible probably within 30 from the submission of such application in accordance with relevant rules and laws.

5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
