Petitioner seeks bail in connection Masaurhi P.S. Case no. 327 of 2020 dated 24.05.2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(I-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the informant has alleged that one 7.65 loaded pistol along with magazine and seven live cartridges was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2020 and charge sheet has been submitted. There is one case against the petitioner as mentioned in para 3 of the petition in which

Learned APP vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts that petitioner is in jail custody since 25.05.2020 and charge sheet has been submitted, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi in Masaurhi P.S.
