JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide Annexure-4 to the writ petition, which is letter dated 24.8.2016 of the Block Development Officer, Bajpati, a direction has already been issued to pay admissible amount to the petitioner herein.

In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no.2 is directed to do the needful with regard to payment of the admitted amount to the petitioner herein within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the Respondent No.2 shall be liable for penal action.

The writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
