The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019, registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of recovery of Hero Honda Passion Pro motorcycle without registration number from a hut situated in front of house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner used to reside at Delhi for his livelihood and he had no knowledge about keeping the alleged motorcycle in the hut situated in front of his house. Further submission is that after knowing about lodging of the present case, the petitioner came from Delhi and surrendered on 08.01.2020 and since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10034 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 then he is in custody. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Telhara P.S.
