JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the record that petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that one Rudal Choudhary had inimical term with deceased but subsequently, he settled his dispute with the deceased and prior to recovery of dead body of the deceased, the aforesaid Rudal Choudhary took the deceased in the marriage ceremony and petitioner as well as one Aashish Dubey also accompanied the aforesaid Rudal Choudhary and deceased and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33922 of 2015 (3) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-III, Siwan in connection with Sessions Trial No. 380 of 2014 arising out of Gorea Kothi P.S. Case No. 49 of 2005.
