2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that she has voluntarily left her house and solemnised marriage with the petitioner. It is further submitted that the age of the victim is assessed as 19 years.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12150 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, VIIIth, Nawada, in connection with Parnadabar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
