Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.10.2014 in a case registered under Sections 366A, 373, 376, 496/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of POCSO Act.

The accusation against the petitioner is that she being mother of co-accused Ramanuj Verma abetted the informant to solemnize her marriage with aforesaid Ramanuj Verma. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, in connection with Ishakchak P.S.Case No. 121 of 2014, (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Namita/- U
