1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to implead the Circle Officer, Rajoun, DistrictBanka, as party respondent no.5 to the present writ petition. Permission so sought is grated.

2. The needful be done during the course of the day.

3. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to take appropriate legal action for removing the Entire encroachment of the land of road bearing plot no. 409 and 431 situated in Village-Malti,

Patna High Court CWJC No.19105 of 2016(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 Anchal Rajoun, District- Banka.

(ii) For issuance of such other appropriate writ or order or direction for removal of aforesaid encroachment of the road so that there may not be any encroachment of the road."

4. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Rajoun, District-Banka for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off.
