====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 770 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioners in the instant case is that they were involved in snatching mobile phone from the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioners are not named in the FIR. The petitioners are in custody since 26.11.2019 but they have not yet been put on TI Parade.

No.7615 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, they are not named in the FIR and not yet sent for TI Parade, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 770 of 2019.
