JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail of the opposite party nos. 2 to 4, who has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Munger, passed in ABA No. 1506 of 2018.
The ground for cancellation of anticipatory bail of the opposite party nos. 2 to 4 is that they were the accused in the case of the petitioner and the petitioner has not heard on the ground that the matter relates to the misappropriation of Government money and only the competent authority is liable to file a case of misappropriation of Government money. Heard learned APP also.

No.9564 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 From perusal of the record, it appears that the case has been lodged for the misappropriation of Government money and in spite of the query by this Court, it has been informed that no case has lodged by the Government Authority up till now and the opposite party nos. 2 to 4 have not misused the anticipatory bail.
In such view of the matter, I find no merit in this case, as such this application is dismissed.
