The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Parts of motorcycle were allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner and it is alleged that the same was stolen property. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. House is occupied by other family members also. Petitioner was not there at the time of recovery. Considering the nature of material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees
