Earlier twice, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected. On last occasion, vide order dated 24.03.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 38465/2020, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected.

The trial court report reveals that after framing of charge on 19.02.2021, out of eight charge-sheeted witnesses, two witnesses have already been examined and for production of remaining witnesses, summons and bailable warrant have already been issued and the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of four months.

Considering the report of the learned trial court, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2018, learned trial court is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9593 of 2022(3) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order.
