Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was referred to the Arbitrator, Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya vide Arbitration Case Nos.300 of 2018 and 310 of 2018 and both the cases are pending since 2018. It is submitted that the Arbitrator may be directed to dispose of the arbitration case expeditiously.

Having considered the submissions of both sides, The Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Divison, Gaya-cum-

Patna High Court CWJC No.4410 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 Arbitrator under the Act is directed to dispose of Arbitration Case Nos.300 of 2018 and 310 of 2018 within six months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
