2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"i. For issuance of a Writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to calculate the amount of award as given to the petitioner by treating the land of the petitioner as acquired by the respondents to be under
Patna High Court CWJC No.17259 of 2017(2) dt.17-06-2025 2/3 Residential and commercial category.
ii. For issuance of an appropriate Writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the said decisions of the respondents by which the award has been passed by calculating the amount of the acquired land of the petitioner to be the land under agricultural category and further hold the said decision to be wholly in teeth of Bihar Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and the Policy as framed by the respondent in the year 2007 and 2010.
iii. For issuance of a appropriate Writ/ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to pay the enhanced amount as calculated from the land of Agricultural category to residential and commercial category and pay the same along with statutory interest as well as pay all admissible due in accordance with law and in accordance with the policy decision of the Government while getting the land of the petitioner acquired.
iv. For issuance of any other relief/s for which the petitioner is entitled in the eye of law and in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned State counsel submits that for any such grievance the petitioner should have approach the appropriate authority instead of invoking the writ jurisdiction.
4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
