In course of investigation, the details of stolen mobile was taken out and it came to light that one Sakila Vano, the mother of petitioner no. 3 used the aforesaid mobile after the occurrence and after that the house of petitioner no. 3 was raided but he could not be arrested. Thereafter, petitioner no. 2 was arrested in connection with another case in which he confessed his guilt. The petitioner no. 3 was also arrested and confessed his guilt. The name of petitioner no. 1 came in confessional statement of petitioners no. 2 and 3 and except the aforesaid material, there

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
