Counsel for the petitioner submits that the confiscation case bearing Special Case No. 01 of 2011 for quashing of which the present criminal writ petition has been filed has already been decided and he seeks time to bring on record the final decision of confiscation case bearing Special Case No. 01 of 2011.

As per his admission, the said confiscation proceeding has ended, then there is no need for him to bring the final order before this Court as the present criminal writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, petitioner is at liberty to move and take

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.550 of 2021(3) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 recourse against the said final order passed in confiscation case bearing Special Case No. 01 of 2011.

Accordingly, the present criminal writ petition is hereby dismissed.
