JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to seek regular bail before the concerned court.

Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty to petitioners to surrender before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Complaint Case No. 2222 of 2013 within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order and if, petitioners do so, the concerned court shall pass appropriate orders, keeping in mind the order dated 09-09-2014, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Camp Court, Banka in ABP No. 1889 of 2014.
