The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Ariari (Mahuli) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2015 registered under Sections 448, and 376/511 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner entered into the house of the informant and an attempt was made to commit rape upon her, but the meantime, the informant woke up.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 26.09.2015 and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54424 of 2015 (3) dt.12-02-2016 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Ariari (Mahuli) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2015.
