JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have given tangi blow on the stomach of informant's wife but even after completion of the investigation, I.O failed to collect the injury report of the injured though a supplementary injury report was collected by the I.O but the aforesaid supplementary injury report reveals that fracture was found on the left parital bone of the injured. Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.5.2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
