JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 521 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(a) of N.D.P.S. Act and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is of recovery of 2.95 grams of smack like substance from the petitioner and there is also recovery of country-made pistol and cartridges from another co-accused. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the recovered article is less than small quantity and he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.10.2019. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
