The petitioner complains that 'the Prabhakar Puskararni Sarowar' situated at Kargil Campus, Civil Court Hajipur is in a bad shape and despite the orders being issued by different authorities for cleaning 'the Sarowar' and for its restoration to its original shape, no follow up steps have been taken.
