JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard Sri Navendu Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, who are in custody since 20.07.2015 in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case no.122 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that on false accusation of carrying betel nuts, petitioners were made accused that they were carrying betel nuts, whereas petitioners were driver and Khalasi of a Pick-up Van. He submits that betel nuts, which was being transported, was purchased by one Sunil Sah. It has also been submitted that both petitioners are

Keeping in view of nature of accusation as well as the period of custody, let both the petitioners, namely,(i) Ram Ekbal Sah (ii) Sipahi Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case no.122 of 2015.
