The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there was case and counter case and against the petitioner there is general and omnibus allegation. He further submits that at least four accused of the present case have already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 14.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46146 of 2015. Keeping in view the fact that some of the accused have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52112 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 been granted anticipatory bail as well as the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation, there is no reason to deny the prayer for bail.

The bail petition stands allowed.

Let the petitioner namely Siya Ram be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sujeet Kumar, 1st Class Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015.
