2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to accept the joining of the petitioner as Anganbari Sevika in Anganbari Center no.74 (Devi asthan) under Ghanpura, Gram Panchayat of Halshi block, District- Lakhisarai.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that from paragraph no.16 of the counter affidavit, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and the center in question has also been activated.
