2. Petitioner has sought quashing of letter bearing Memo No. 16/PEN100918163208/201011162035P3 dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.3807 of 2020(7) dt.24-04-2023 2/3 26.09.2018 issued by the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna by which pension and family pension of petitioner has been reduced and has been re fixed at Rs. 12730/- and Rs. 7636/- in place of Rs. 13365/- and 8019/- respectively and grade pay has been reduced from PB-3GP-6600 to PB-2GP-5400. To direct the respondents to fix the payment of pension to Rs. 13365/- with family pension at Rs. 8019/- in grade pay of 6600.

3. Mr. Satyabir Bharti, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 5 informs this Court that petitioner is entitled to PB-2GP-5400. The petitioner has retired from the post of Shirestedar from the Patna Civil Court and as such pension of the petitioner has been fixed at Rs. 12730/- and family pension has been fixed at Rs. 7636/-

4. At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to represent before the concerned authority along with evidences which must include the last pay drawn by the petitioner.

5. The concerned authority must pass a reasoned order on the basis of his entitlement as per the last pay drawn by him.

6. The representation of the petitioner must be disposed of positively within a period of three weeks from the

7. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
