The petitioner seeks bail in Laukha P.S. Case No.193/15 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that about 450 liters of kerosene oil were recovered from the lane just behind the shop of the petitioner but not from his possession. It is submitted that he has not been implicated on any earlier occasion in any criminal case. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 30.09.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Anand Kumar, is directed to be
