Mr. Mithilesh Kumar Rai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that almost all the payment due to the petitioner has been paid, however, on account of certain shorts payment, he seeks permission to file a representation before the appropriate authority and if the authority concerned finds that there is any due under any head due to incorrect calculation, he may direct to disburse the amount within a period of three weeks.
