JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent raises a preliminary objection with regard to non-maintainability of the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution in view of the remedy by way of revision available to the petitioner.

2. After some arguments, Mr. Shyam Kishore Sinha learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the aforesaid legal position and seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition for redressal of his grievance.

3. Permission is accorded. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

4. It is made clear that in case such a petition is filed,
