The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No.552 of 2018 registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2018.

The accusation against the petitioner is of using the electric energy by putting Toka, causing loss of Rs.35498/- of the Electricity Department.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case but the petitioner is ready to deposit Rs.35498/-, on protest, in the concerned Electricity Department.

No.10290 of 2019(4) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No.552 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C., with further condition that the petitioner shall show the receipt of deposing of Rs.35498/- in the concerned Electricity Department.
