1. Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent-authorities to pay the bills of the petitioner, totalling to a sum of Rs.2,82,000/-, however, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted by referring to the counter affidavit, filed in the present case that the entire matter was examined at length and the admitted outstanding amount of fees of the petitioner totalling to a sum of Rs.1,93,500/- has already stood paid to the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2850 of 2022(3) dt.22-10-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, by availing such other remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
