====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 406, 409, 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner tried to obtain appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated educational certificate.

It is submitted that without proper verification, the certificates have been declared forged. Moreover, the petitioner has not been allowed to join from the very beginning and as such, she did not receive a single penny as

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P. S. Case No. 456 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
