2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 991C of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 504, 506 of the IPC.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.
4. It has jointly been submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties. The terms and conditions entered into the parties by compromising their case is annexed

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No. 991C of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
6. The learned court below is at liberty to pass appropriate order, if any of the parties fails to adhere with the terms and conditions of the compromise.
