JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323,448,324,307,354,504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is case and counter case instituted on the same date with respect to the same occurrence. Both the sides are said to have received injuries. He further submits that so far this petitioner is concerned, the allegation is that while attempting to assault the husband of the informant by means of sword, one Dilip Sah intercepted and said Dilip Sah sustained one injury.
