2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 355 of 2017.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the thrust of accusation of assault is against co-accused Radhey Yadav. It is submitted that after due investigation police has submitted final form as concerns the petitioner who is a lady claiming clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard. He has not pointed out any objective material against the petitioner from the case diary.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.9050 of 2019(3) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 15.02.2019 by this Court in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 355 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda is hereby confirmed.
