The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 83 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 167, 420, 466, 468, 471, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per complaint case, there is allegation against the petitioners and others of manipulating in the Jamabandi register and opening a new Jamabandi register in the name of other coaccused. In view of specific allegation against the petitioners as well as the fact that petitioners have got criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of
