Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.09.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the First Information Report and informant claimed in his written report that petitioner was caught by administration after alleged occurrence and some keys and other articles were recovered from his conscious possession. Admittedly, the stolen articles have not been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner does not have

Moreover, it would also appear that petitioner could not disclose the name of his associates. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S.
