JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 260 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that the informant, who is a driver was coming with his truck, which got punctured at Mawesh Hat and, thereafter, some miscreants came and on the point of knife started demanding money, then, the informant raised alarm and those miscreants fled away. It appears that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., he has been made accused in this case on the basis of confession of co-accused and there is recovery of some iron pins from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been made accused on confession of co-accused in this case and except that there is nothing against the petitioner and he has

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions as above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 260 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
