2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms act, registered in connection with Athmalgola P.S.Case No. 77 of 2019.

3. According to the prosecution case, while the informant was cutting grass, co-accused Rakesh Singh, Chhotu Singh and Nago Singh came there. In that process, the informant requested Rakesh Singh to return back his Rs. 3,00,000/-. Being enraged, on the order of Nago Singh, Rakesh Singh fired bullet from a pistol and the informant suffered injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the informant has

Certified copy of that application was produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner in course of hearing of this bail petition. He has also submitted that the case of the petitioner is on better footing than that of Chhotu Singh, who has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 28550 of 2021.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Barh, Patna in connection with Athmalgola P.S.Case No. 77 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
